Hello everyone, I'm coach Chou.
Today I'd like to show everyone the net lift, a shot that is relatively defensive in character. The shot is played with the same foot forward as the racket hand, bringing the racket up and using the power of the forearm to send it to the back of the opponent's half of the court.
