Hey there! Our youngest contender Luke Chappell wows us again with his amazing voice! He sings “Hey There Delilah” by Plain White T’s. The song was finally released in 2005, but it actually started to be recorded in 2003. As they say, it takes time to evolve and create something big, we are more than sure that the same will happen with this young, budding Maltese artist.
