15 minutes Dulce de Leche | easy Dulce de Leche (Toffee)
ingredients:
390g condensed milk
1/4 cup butter/margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1-2 tbsp evaporated milk
pinch of salt
1 tsp calamansi juice (lemon)
1 tbsp vanilla extract(optional)
Prucedure:
1) Melt sugar over medium low heat
2) Add butter and melt it. Turn heat to low
3) Add Condensed milk and mix well
4) Cook for 15 minutes and continue stirring
5) Mix in calamansi juice, evaporated milk and salt
6) Turn the heat off and add vanilla extract
7) Transfer it into a sterilized jar
