1 tsp Salt
200g 1 cup Granulated white sugar
200g 1 cup Brown sugar
100g desiccated coconut
1 Large Egg
1 Can (400ml) Coconut cream
400ml Evaporated Milk

Lined with:
Banana leaves

Toppings:
Grated cheese
Halaya Ube
1 Tbsp Butter
