Bake Bibingka Recipe (Filipino coconut cake)

This bibingka recipe is very famous in Ilocos, one province in the Philippines. I recently visited Ilocos and I loved this gooey, sweet and sticky filipino dessert. Last sunday I went to my godson birthday party, the parents are from Ilocos. She made this bibingka so I've asked her the ingredients. This is my first time making bibingka and I would say not bad for the first time.

So anytime I have a craving this bibingka royale from Ilocos, I don't need to travel thousand miles just to have a taste.
