This is my way of making Biko Malagkit and this could be serve without baking. You can also just put half of the caramel topping if you don't like too sweet.

Baked Biko Malagkit | Bibingka Malagkit

Ingredients
2c glutinous rice
1c coconut milk
1&1/4c light brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Topping
3/4c coconut milk
1/2c light brown sugar
1/4c dark brown sugar
a pinch of salt
30g desiccated coconut

Oven Temperature
180℃ (broil) 8 minutes or more
