Custard Macaroons | cheese flavor, Ube Flavor,Buko Pandan Flavor
Creamy Custard Macaroons.Combination of custard and macaroons.Melt in your mouth!
YIELDS:8 PCS OF CUSTARD MACAROONS LARGE SIZE OF CUPCAKE LINER.
Recipe and Procedure
1 CAN/390 ml Condensed milk (filled milk)
4 pcs.Egg yolks from large size eggs
2 pcs large Whole eggs
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter melted
1/2 cup dessicated Coconut
ube flavoring (Purple yum flavorings)
Buko pandan flavoring
Grated cheddar Cheese
note::(you can customize the amount of flavorings that you want to add on the Custard Macaroons mixture.)
1.Preheat your oven at 235 F
2.In a clean mixing bowl combine Condensed milk,Egg yolks,Whole eggs,Vanilla extract and mix until all the ingredients incorporate.
3.Using a stainer and another clean mixing bowl,stain the custard mixture.
4.add in the melted unsalted butter and the dessicated coconut and mix again.
5.for flavorings add 1/2 teaspoon of Ube or Buko pandan or Grated cheddar cheese for each 1/4 cup of custard macaroon mixture.
or 1 flavor for each recipe add 1 tablespoon of ube or buko pandan or 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese.
6.Ban marie for 30 minutes at 325 F
7.Cool down the custard macaroons when you remove in the oven.
8.Chill on the ref for 1 hour so that the custard macaroons will set.
note:3 oz or medium size of cupcake liners you can make 10-12 pcs of custard macaroons.
You can steam this recipe also.
lowheat for 30 minutes,cover the custard macaroons using foil so that the moist will not combine on the mixture.
cool down and chill in ref.if you did nto chill the custard is not set.CHILL THE CUSTARD MACAROONS
