?EASY FILIPINO PUTO RECIPE USING PANCAKE MIX

Aloha friends! This recipes was highly requested so I couldn't wait to get it done for you all. It's not made the traditional way, but it definitely hits the spots and it taste just as good. Ingredients:
2 cups pancake mix
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
butter for greasing pan

Mix all your ingredients in a bowl. Pour into mini muffin pans. Steam for 8 minutes. Enjoy!
