Ed Sheeran Reveals Reason for Quitting Twitter

On Wednesday, singer Ed Sheeran said his decision to quit Twitter had nothing to do with his polarizing cameo on the HBO show “Game of Thrones." In an Instagram post, Sheeran wrote that he “was always intending to come off Twitter,” adding that the timing of his Twitter departure, which was just two days after the episode, had nothing to do with the backlash.
