Especial Bibingka( for Christmas kakanin)

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cup rice powder
1/3 cup all purpose flour
4 tsp of baking powder
1/2 cup white or light brown sugar
1/3 cup melted margarine or butter
1 1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup grated cheese
2 pcs salted eggs(sliced)
3 pcs large eggs
