HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE FROSTING | HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE SAUCE LIKE HERSHEY'S! | Ep. 10 | Mortar &am
This chocolate sauce recipe is very versatile and you can use it on any dessert in any way you want it and it tastes like Hershey's! You can frost a cake, dip your doughnuts, use it as a spread, dip your churros, drizzle over other pastries, whatever you may think of! This is a really great tasting chocolate sauce super chocolatey with just the right sweetness. You can just store it in the fridge and grab it when you need it!
*It lasts in the fridge for about 2 weeks
*You can add about 2tsp instant coffee for intense chocolate flavor
*If you wan it to thicker and be able top pipe it (if used for cake decorating), you can add 3 more tablespoon of flour depending on the consistency that you like
*the chocolate flavor will depend on the quality of the cocoa powder you will use. In this recipe I used Bensdorp cocoa powder
Ingredients:
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder (I used Bensdorp)
5 tbsp flour
1/4 cup butter
