This beef soup from the Philippines is surely one of the most popular
there is in the country particularly in the Southern part of the capital
region Batangas. We went at a beef butchery long back and wow it was one of the best soup I've ever tasted, it was fresh, hot and flavourful. I tried it myself and here is the result.

Ingredients:

1 kg beef chunk
1 cup green beans
corn
1 medium chinese cabbage
peck chye / pechay
salt & pepper
1 medium onion
fish sauce
water
