Palitaw (Sticky Rice Dumpling)

Ingredients :
• 1/2 kl glutinous rice flour or 1/2 kl galapong
• 1 coconut, shredded (pampalitaw)
• 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
• 1/4 kl light brown sugar

For half servings if using glutinous flour: yeilds 13pcs of palitaw
• For every 2 cups of glutinous rice flour add 3/4 cup of water (add 1 tsp to 1 tbsp of water if needed until the dough forms but not sticky to the hands)

If you want to use the 500g of glutinous flour, yeilds around 26 pcs to 30 pcs.
• Use 1 1/2 cup of water mix with 500g of glutinous rice flour, add a tbsp of water at a time until dough consistency is reached but not sticky to the hands)
