note:before starting to mix your ingredients pre heat oven at 180 °c..

Ingredients
-1 Pack Glutinous rice flour 500 grams
-1 Can coconut milk
-1 can big condensed milk
-1 Can big evap milk
-5 Tbsp melted butter(melted more than 5 tbsp to be used later in the cooking procedure)
-6 Eggs
-1 1/2 Cup white sugar(can adjust according to taste)
-Grated cheese

Procedure:
-Pre-heat oven 180°c
-mix glutinous rice flour,sugar,coconut milk,evap,condensed mix well
-add 5 tbsp melted butter mix
-add 6 eggs mix well
-Strain mixture on another bowl
-grease Muffin pan with cooking spray or can brush with the melted butter.
-put mixture on your muffin pan(i used 1/4 measuring cup in each)
-bake for 10 mins(after 10 mins remove from oven and brush with melted butter,put generous amount of cheese.
-Bake again in the oven for 5 minutes more
(Total of 15 mins baking per batch)
-let it cool down completely before removing from pan.
-Serve and enjoy or if for business you can use any packaging you desire :-)
