If you grow up in the Philippines you sure have tried this dessert from the most popular fast food chain in the country. I think they did this to counter the popular dessert from McDonalds.

Ingredients

Filling:

1 cup peaches
1 cup ripe mangoes
3 tbsp white sugar
2 tsp corn starch
salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Crust:

2 1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp white sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 egg yolk

Glaze:

2 tsp corn starch
