This brings back my childhood memories as this is my best-loved miryenda. I used to have a classmate with a bakery and we would hang out where she would give me bags of bread to eat or take home so I thought of making it on my own.

Ingredients

2 cups desiccated coconut
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp fresh milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup warm milk
7g dry yeast
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
