Puto Cheese Recipe :
1 Cup All purpose Flour
1/2 Cup of White Sugar
1 tbsp of Baking Powder
1 Egg
1/4 Cup of Evaporated Milk
1 tbsp of Melted Butter
1 tsp of Vanilla
3/4 Cup of Water
Cheese for toppings
Food Coloring

Procedure:

* In a bowl combine flour,sugar and baking powder and mix. In another bowl combine egg, evaporated milk,melted butter, vanilla and water. Mix well.
* Separate the mixed ingredients into four bowls and put the food coloring.
* Use brush to put oil or butter to the molder before putting the mixed ingredients.
* Boil the water in steamer first before you put the molders and arrange it well.
* If you're using quickmelt cheese put cheese over the puto after it cooked and steam it for 1 minute.And if you're using regular cheese you can put it on the top when the puto is already steaming for 5 mins.
* Cover and steamed it for 10 minutes over low heat.Wrap the lid with cotton cloth to avoid water dripping over the puto.
* Let it cool before removing the puto from the mold.
