White bread recipe
Oven temperature: 375F degrees
Bake time: 18-22 min or until golden brown (internal temperature of 190F)
Water milk temperature for yeast: 105F-110F
One 9x5 loaf pan

1/8 of cup warm water
1 cup of warm milk
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 TBSP sugar + a pinch
1 TBSP unsalted butter, melted
2 TBSP softened room temperature unsalted butter
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 cup All purpose flour + 3 TBS
Spray for greasing bowl & plastic wrap
