Kutsinta is a type of kakanin found througout Philippines.It is made from mixture of flour brown sugar and lye water.enhanced with yellow food coloring or anato extract and top with freshly grated coconut meat.

Kutsinta ingredients;
1 cup cassava flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar + 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
2 1/2 cup water
1 tsp lye water
Grated coconut for toppings.
