Ingredients:
2 cups coconut cream(Kakang gata)
370ml all purpose cream
1 cup water(optional)
2 tbsp butter
12pcs. stevia (more if needed)
2 tbsp gelatin, clear and unflavored
Procedure:
1) In a pan combine coconut cream, all purpose cream, water, butter, stevia and gelatin
2) Bring the mixture to a boil and stir constantly
3) Reduce the heat to low and cook for 5-7min.
4) Turn the heat off and let it cool
5) Fill half of the container with maja mixture
6) Let it set up and add cubed cheese/chopped walnuts
7) Add more maja mixture and chill until it sets up completely
8) Add walnut/cheese toppings
9) Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve
