Manila One Month Lockdown. As of 11MAR2020 the Philippine officials said there would be no lockdown of Manila. Last night (12MAR2020) President Duterte held a press conference announcing a one month lockdown of Manila. It is scheduled to be in effect from 15MAR2020 to 14 APR2020, but with daily reviews. All the rules are in a state of flux, so check with local official sites for updated information.
