Pilipino tradition celebrates the Noche Buena in the whole world. Our tradition cook foods and I dicided to cooked bibingka latek for the new year's eve.
Black/smoked rice is only made from the Philippines.

6 cups of black/smoked glutinous rice. 2cans of coconut milk.
Hard stone brown sugar.
Anis and cheese.
