2. Bawang at sibuyas.
3. Kamote, madahong gulay, mani, spinach, kangkong.
4. Yogurt.
5. Posible makatulong ang probiotic supplement at fish oil supplements. Pwede din ang vitamin C 500 mg – 1 gram kada araw.
