Pichi pichi (MY version)

3 pcs. Grated Cassava ( 6- 7 cups max.)
1 can Condense Milk
1 1/2 tsp. Pandan Flavor

3 tbs. Sugar ( extra bit sweet)

2- 3 cups of Fresh Milk / 1 can of evaporated milk or 3 cups of water can be use..

Proportion: food coloring

1. Prepare & boiled water in steamer.
2. Margarine the molder.
3. Start cooking / steaming.
4. 10-15 min time of cooking.
5. Cool down time 3 min.
Then eat & enjoy!
