For Batter:
3 cups Cake Flour
1 cup white sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup whole milk

For Meringue:
8 pcs. egg whites
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp cream of tartar (optional)

Toppings:
Grated cheese
slice salted eggs

Things needed:
2pcs. mixing bowl
Hand mixer
8x2 round cake pan
