Sa araw na ito, napagdesisyonan ko po na gumawa ulit ng PUTO CHEESE, bagaman hnd ko po nagawa ng perfect na perfect ung itsura pero ung mismong lasa ng PUTO CHEESE ay saktong sakto. Kaya bagay na bagay pangmiryenda, ihanda a pasko at pang give away sa mga bisita.

Ito po ang mga sumusunod na Sangkap na ginamit ko.

Para sa DRY na Ingredients;
- PUTO MIXTURE/ All purpose flour at Baking powder
- Granulated sugar - 1cup.
- CHEESE either Regular or Quick melt

Para sa Liquid Ingredients:
- 3 EGGS
- 1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK
- 40 gms MELTED BUTTER
- 1 TBSP COOKING OIL
- 1/2 TBSP VANILLA EXTRACT/ESSENCE
- 2 CUPS WATER

Note:
- Put only 1/3 of Batter into the molds pra maluto po sya sa loob.
- Put the stove in low fire
- Put a clean cloth/towel into the steamer cover so that the moist inside will not get through the PUTO.
- Steam the PUTO for 10-15 mins.
- if cooked, rest them for about 5-10 mins before serving.
