Ingredients:
PUTO MIXTURE
2 cups all purpose flour ____ 20
3/4 cup sugar _____________ 9
2 tbsp baking powder _____ 6
1/2 tsp salt

1 cup water
3/4 cup evaporated milk ___ 13
2 tbsp vegetable oil ________ 4
1 large egg ________________ 7

KUTSINTA MIXTURE
1 1/2 cup cassava flour _____ 15
1/2 cup all purpose _________ 5
1 1/4 cup brown sugar ______ 11
2 cups water
2 tbsp annato seed solution (atsuete) __ 2
or orange food color as desired
1 tsp lye water __________________ 1

TOTAL _________________ 93 pesos

*Makes 50pcs putchinta
*Has excess mixture of kutsinta that can make about 10pcs regular size kutsinta
