INGREDIENTS
1 cup glutinous rice flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup fresh milk/ evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp pandan flavor
Steam for 10 mins..
Don’t forget to cover the lid with clean cloth to avoid water dripping on puto😊
