Puto Pizza/Filipino Steamed Cake/Patok pang Negosyo/How to make

Puto Batter:
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugar
4 Tbsp. Powdered Milk (Bear Brand or Jersey)
2 Tbsp Melted Butter
1 1/2 cup Water
2 Tbsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
Pizza Toppings:
Delmonte Sweet Pizza Sauce or Spaghetti Sauce
Ham (diced)
Cheese (Quick melt or just plain cheese)
Pine Apple tidbits (optional)
