Ingredients
4 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 can coconut milk
Mix fruits
400 grm glutinous flour
Procedure
Break the eggs in a bowl
Add melted butter and condensed milk
Stir to combine
Add evaporated milk and coconut milk
Stir continously
Add glutinous flour stir continously until evenly mixed add mix fruits
Pour the mixture in buttered tray
Bake for 25 minutes at 170"C
After 25 minutes remove from the oven
And put the remaining condensed milk on the top put in oven again and bake for another 20 minutes
After 20 minutes the bibingka galapong is ready
