ingredients:
2 1/2 cup glutinous
4 cups coconut milk
1 1/4 cup white sugar
390g condensed milk
1 tsp ube extract
1 1/4 tsp violet food color
1 tsp langka flavor
1 tsp lemon yellow food color
1 1/4 tsp red food color
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp vanilla extract for the white layer
1 cup powdered milk(optional)

Procedure:
1) Grease the pan
2) Bring 1 liter of water to a boil
3) In a bowl combine coconut milk, rice flour and sugar. Mix well
4) Add condensed milk and powdered milk. Mix well
5) Divide batter into 4 equal parts
6) Batter 1: add ube extract and violet food color. Mix well
7) Batter 2: add langka extract and lemon yellow food color.Mix well
8) Batter 3: add vanilla extract and mix well
9) Batter 4: add red food color and vanilla extract. Mix well
10)pour ube batter into the greased pan
11)Steam for 10-15 min. over medium heat.*do not forget to wrap the lid with clean cloth to avoid water from dripping into the sapin2x
12)Do the toothpick check and if it comes out clean it's cooked
13)Gently pour yellow batter over the ube layer
14)Steam for another 10-15 minutes
15)Gently pour white batter over the yellow layer
16)Steam for another 15-20 minutes
17)Pour red batter over the white layer
18)Steam again for another 15-20 minutes
20)Cool completely before unmolding
21)Add toppings
