LECHE PUTO

Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1 can condensed milk (380g)
2/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp calamansi juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups water
1-3 drops yellow food color (optional)

melted butter (to coat the inside of the molds)

Note: "PUTO" in Philippines means "Steamed Rice Cake"
