Spanish Bread

Ingredients For The Dough:
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2c fresh milk (warm) +1 teaspoon sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast

For The Filling:
1/3 cup salted o unsalted butter(room temperature)
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla

For Breading:
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Oven Temperature:
180℃　
Cooking Time:
15 minutes
