Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups glutinous rice flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup white sugar
1 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup evaporated milk
2 whole eggs
1/8 cup melted butter/margarine

Toppings:

1 pc. salted eggs
1/3 cup cheese, grated

Procedure:

1) Bring water to a boil
2) Combine eggs, coconut cream, evaporated milk, butter and sugar
3) Add glutinous rice, rice flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well
4) Arrange banana leaves onto the molders
5) Divide bibingka batter into 12 equal parts
6) Add salted egg toppings
7) Steam: Cover and steam over med.low heat for 20-25min.
8) Improvised oven: preheat over high heat for 10min.
9) Cover and cook over low heat for 20min
10)Add grated cheese on top
