SPECIAL BIBINGKA (with Macapuno)

Special Bibingka is a type of sweet rice cake, topped with grated cheese and macapuno. It has a chewy texture and tastes sweet and delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups glutinous rice flour
1 Cup coconut cream
1 cup sugar
4 Egg yolks
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup macapuno for the mixture
1/2 cup macapuno for toppings
