INGREDIENTS
* 4 Eggs
* 4 Tablespoons of Land o’ Lakes Butter (melt it first & any butter will do but land o lakes is the best for me)
* 3 Cups of Bisquick Pancake Baking Mix (or all purpose flour)
* 1 Cup of Whole Milk (any brand or carnation evaporated milk)
* 1 Cup of Sugar
* 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
* Sharp Cheddar Cheese for Toppings (any brand)
