STEAMED RICE CAKE RECIPE

{INGREDIENTS}
In a bowl (Mixture A):
- 2 cups of warm water
- 2 & 1/4 tsp (1 small packet) of active yeast
- 1 16 oz bag of rice flour, sifted
----------
In a saucepan (Mixture B):
- 1 cup of water
- 1 13 oz can of coconut milk
- 1 cup of granulated sugar

{METHOD}
1. Combine Mixture A together. Let it sit for 1 hour.
2. Combine Mixture B together on the stove top over low heat. Let it cool for 30 minutes.
3. Then, add Mixture B to Mixture A. Let it sit for 1 hour, and then pour it in a 6-inch cake pan.
4. Steam the rice cake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
