TfL SERU assessment deadline extended as well as the language requirement.

Today (23 September 2022) TfL issues a notice (TPH notice 14/22) which is an Update on English Language Requirement and Safety, Equality and Regulatory Understanding Requirement (SERU) for London Private Hire Vehicle Drivers. New transitional arrangements are being introduced which provide more time for drivers to comply with the English Language Requirement (ELR) and Safety, Equality and Regulatory Understanding (SERU) requirement.
