Very Easy Puto Cheese (For Business) | How to make Puto Cheese | Taste Buds PH
Hi Guys!
Welcome to Taste Buds PH!
Here are the ingredients:
- 250 g All Purpose Flour---------------------------- PHP 40.00 per 400 g
- 1/2 cup sugar------------------------------------------- PHP 50.00 per kilo
- 1 tsp Baking Powder------------------------------- PHP 12.25 per 50 g
- 1 tsp vanilla--------------------------------------------- PHP 38.50 per 20 ml
- 1 tbsp oil--------------------------------------------------- PHP 5 pesos
- 1 egg--------------------------------------------------------- PHP 6.00
- 1/4 cup water
- 250 ml evaporated milk-------------------------- PHP 30.25
- cheese---------------------------------------------------- PHP 72.00
* silicone or plastic molder
Procedure:
1. Combine all dry ingredients.
2. Mix well.
3. Add wet ingredients.
4. Mix well until no visible lumps.
5. Apply butter or oil in each molder.
6. Pour puto mixture in each molder. Fill 3/4 of the molder.
7. Put cheese on top.
8. Steam for 15 minutes.
9. Wrap lid with cloth to avoid moist and water dripping over the puto.
10. Let it cool before removing from the molder.
* Yield - 35 pieces of Puto Cheese
