Leche flan using whole eggs
Ingredients:
6 whole large eggs
1 can 370mL evaporated milk
1 can 380 grams condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
white sugar (for the caramelized syrup)
This recipe makes 4 llaneras.
COSTING:
6 eggs - 36php
1 evap - 28php
1 condensed - 42php
sugar - 5php
4 pcs container - 22php
TOTAL= 133 pesos/4 pcs leche flan
Production Cost - 33.25php
Selling Price - you can sell it for 65-70 pesos each
