Today's fluid art video is is me testing out some new (for me) paints and among them, the Golden "open" transparent colors. When I start chasing colors & combos, I sometimes demo them on coasters first. The combos I like, I'll use in paintings, instead of wasting an expensive canvas on colors that don't move me. So in this video, I'm playing around with 4 color combinations. Do you have a favorite combo? I think I'll need to resin them before deciding which is my favorite =) Colors are listed in the video.

My pouring medium changes a little depending on what kind of result I'm after but I primarily use Floetrol in a 4 parts Floetrol to 1 part paint ratio (using my current favorite paints from Amsterdam). I prefer to thin the paint with something more viscous than water and often use Liquitex Pouring Medium if thinning is needed. No silicone or dimethicone is used unless otherwise stated.
