For oven toaster you will need:
2 pcs large egg
2 Tbsp softened butter or margarine
1⁄2 cup warm water
4 5” round aluminum pan
2 to 3 pcs salted egg
½ cup cheese, cubed

1. Prepare four 5” round aluminum pan line with banana leaf and grease with butter or margarine.
2. Dissolve coconut powder into 1⁄2 cup water (coconut mixture) until no visible lumps.
3. Pour equal amount of batter into four pans and cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Test bake using toothpick, insert at the center and should come out clean.
4. Top with salted egg and cheese cubes before serving.
