Easy KUTSINTA Recipe

Just a Simple Experimenting Recipe for making Kutsinta and..how to avoid using LYE WATER

Ingredients
1 cup of tapioca starch
1 cup rice flour or 1 cup cornstarch or 1 plain flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups water with diluted atsuete

or you can substitute tapioca starch to cassava powder
you can use cornstarch or plain flour instead of rice flour..
