HOW to cook! BIBINGKA

Bibingka (Rice flour cake ).cook in charcoal from bottom to top side burning charcoal usually shown on month of December or Christmas day in the Philippines...
Ingredients:
1- cup rice flour
1- cup sugar
1/2 -cup milk or fresh milk
1/4 - butter or 1/2 cup melted butter
1---- can coconut milk or 1 cup
2 - tsp, baking powder
1 - pinch salt
3 - pcs eggs

Toppings :
salted egg / Cheedar cheese/ grated coconut
