MMDA in Intramuros

An MMDA operation in coordination with the Intramuros Administration.

This is a delayed upload because I lost the audio file from the external recorder. Unfortunately I wasn't able to recover the file. That's why the girls voice is quiet, even if I'm holding a microphone in front of her.

I missed the start of this operation because I was with some other enforcers that were dealing with a suspected colorum vehicle.
