MMDA Novaliches Clearing

The MMDA operate in Barangay Sta. Lucia, Novaliches, Quezon City.

What do you think about these kind of operations? Are they fair? Do you see or feel the potential benefits?

They cleared sidewalks of obstructions like extended gates, garages, walls and even statues.

Some property owners chose to take a P1000 ticket for their obstruction and promised to self-demolish. The Barangay took note of all obstructions and agreed they would be the ones to clear them if the property owners didn't live up to their promise.

The MMDA also apprehend those driving without helmets, without seatbelt and other violations.
