Mochi Cake ( also known as Butter Mochi Cake ) is different from the traditional Japanese mochi which it usually contains red bean paste or ice cream.
Mochi cake is a sponge-y sweet rice cake great for a healthy snack! It is gluten-free! It is best served when warm or newly off the oven.
It can also be served as a dessert with an ice cream on top.

Ingredients:
- MOCHIKO sweet rice flour
- 2-3 tablespoon of imitation vanilla flavor
- 2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 stick of melted unsalted butter
- 1 can of evaporated milk (12 oz.)
- 1 can of coconut milk (13.5 oz.)
- 2 cups of sugar

All ingredients were bought with my own money. None were sponsored and items were bought from Island Pacific and Walmart
