Malagkit ingredients:

2 1/2 cups glutinous rice
2 cups water(or more)
3 cups coconut cream
1/2 cup brown sugar

Coconut Jam:

2 cups coconut cream
1 3/4 cups brown sugar

Procedure:

1) Combine rice and water. Cook the rice
2) Combine coconut cream and brown sugar
3) Mix until sugar dissolves and mixture to a boil
4) Add cooked glutinous rice and mix rice until liquid is absorbed
5) Cook until mixture is sticky
6) Transfer malagkit into a lightly grease container
7) Smooth out the surface
8) Coconut jam: Combine coconut cream and brown sugar
9) Cook over med.low heat until it thickened
10)Pour coconut jam on top
11)Cool completely and serve
12)Cover and chill overnight
