We took a Filipino classic - Pochero, and instead of using pata, we added tripe and ox tail. This dish is perfect for family gatherings when you need to fill more than a few stomachs. It also tastes amazing the next day when you reheat it. that is IF there are leftovers! Our conversations went all over the place too, and got, shall we say...very PRIVATE! #PokLeeCooking #Pochero
