Panlasang Pinoy Spaghetti

Panlasang Pinoy Spaghetti is my own version of Filipino spaghetti. This is a type of sweet spaghetti with hotdog and ground pork. It is the most sought spaghetti version in the Philippines. a unique ingredient for this dish is banana sauce or banana ketchup, This adds sweet flavor to the sauce (aside from sugar) and responsible the bright red color.
